A: Yes. We allow for two registrations per license, so you could install one copy on your studio computer and a second instance on your laptop. When registering the second copy, simply enter the the same email address on the start screen as you used when registering the first instance. Q: Can I install one copy on a PC and a second copy on a Mac? A: Yes . . . please refer to the answer immediately above. Q: Can I purchase my PromptDog license without a credit card? A: Yes, you can use a PayPal account to generate a one-time use credit card number that can be used to make the purchase. Q: Can I use a remote control with this software? A: At the the time of writing, PromptDog and PromptPuppy do not offer native support for remote controls. We will be adding this feature soon. However we understand that currently, the best option in this respect is the Keyspan AirPort Express which allows you to customize operation by mapping button function to software functionality. Q: I'm having problems installing the software. Any suggestions? A: Upon investigation, we've found that most installation problems are associated with user permissions on Windows PCs. Make sure you are logged in into Windows as the Administrator, or a user with Administrator rights.
